ATCEM is a vital
ministry arm of Victory Family Centre (VFC). Established in 1982,
ATCEM was birthed from a vision to equip believers to take the
gospel to all nations. Toward this end, ATCEM seeks to impart vision
for missions and evangelism in order that its graduates will be
prepared either to go as missionaries or to raise up missions-giving
and missionary-sending churches.
ATCEM aims to provide, in a
charismatic Christian context, educational opportunities which will:
• Develop the whole person spiritually and academically.
• Develop the student in personal giftings and skills in preparation
for ministry to the Lord, His Church, and the world.
• Prepare the student to participate in fulfillment of the Great
Commission – propagating the Christian faith and planting churches.
Located in the Tampines area of beautiful Singapore, the school is
strategically positioned at the crossroads of Southeast Asia, where
it can serve the many cultures convergent in the area and provide a
rich context of education and ministry experience for its students.
ATCEM’s ongoing close association with VFC affords students
opportunities to experience first-hand the benefit of participating
in a dynamic charismatic church with a remarkable vision for world
missions.
