FINANCIAL INFORMATION

ATCEM is a private institution sponsored by Victory Family Centre and is underwritten generously by the church. Hence, charges to the student are minimal in relation to the actual costs of instruction. All tuition and fees charges are due and payable at registration. A student who cannot meet this requirement may develop a deferred payment plan on a two-week pay schedule with the Registrar. Plans should ensure payment in full by the end of the term. Students who are delinquent in meeting the obligations of the plan will not be eligible to take final exams for the course in progress at the time of delinquency. Students with delinquent accounts cannot enrol for subsequent courses, receive grades or papers, receive certificates of programme completion or transcripts, be permitted to participate in graduation.

Note: Cheques should be made payable to ”Asia Theological Centre for Evangelism and Missions.” Charges are inclusive of G.S.T.

* Students who fail to register by the day before the class starts are considered “walk in” registrants. Such students may have to wait for textbooks inasmuch as texts are ordered on the basis of the number of pre-registrants.

** Course change involves adding or dropping a course after registration.

*** This change requires major adjustments in the student’s file.

ATCEM accepts payments of course fees by cash or cheques. ATCEM does not have credit facilities therefore credit cards are not accepted. The only currency accepted as payment is Singapore Dollars.
